Sunset Lakes Owners Association
Welcome to Sunset Lakes – a beautiful community in Ottawa’s south end. Developed with nature and enjoyment in mind, you can find executive homes with access to amenities such as pools, tennis courts, trails, and natural lakes and ponds. Since 1993, Sunset Lakes has attracted families and empty nesters who enjoy the fresh air, resort style amenities and well designed custom homes.
The Sunset Lakes Owners Association helps to keep our community lively, safe and beautiful. All landowners in Sunset Lakes automatically become members of the Owners Association.

Important Note: Purchasers of existing homes in Sunset Lakes are required to obtain a status certificate to verify that SLOA dues are up to date and that the property is in compliance with the covenants. Please submit an on-line request for a Status Certificate to sunset.lakes.owners@gmail.com and forward a cheque for *$100.00 made payable to Sunset Lakes Owners Association (SLOA), 6798 Lakes Park Drive, Greely, ON, K4P 1M6.
