Buying an Existing Home or Lot in a Sunset Lakes Community

When buying an existing home or lot in Sunset Lakes, it is important to complete the following steps:

  1. Before “closing”, contact the Owners Association of the desired community to make sure that you obtain a Status Certificate, which confirms that Owners Association dues are up to date and that the property is in compliance with the covenants.
  2. Review the Covenants and the Owners Association information for the chosen community.
