Articles of Incorporation

The objects for which the corporation is incorporated are:

The establishment and operation of a club for the purposes of:

a) operating recreational facilities at Southwood Lake, Greely, Ontario;

b) organizing social and sporting events; and

c) other ancillary activities.

The special provisions are:

The corporation shall be carried on without the purpose of gain for its members, and any profits or other accretions to the corporation shall be used in promoting its objects.
