The Owners Association covenants to help create community and environmental stewardship for the mutual benefit of the Forest Lake Estates community. Homeowners are required to maintain and replace trees in their forest portion.
You can purchase a new home, arrange for one to be built to suit your needs or take an active role in building your own home. All homeowners will be protected with a design review process to maintain property values and appearance. Forest Lake Estates is attractive to families and empty nesters that enjoy the fresh air and local amenities in addition to well-designed and well-built homes. The process is designed to yield innovative, thoughtful and value-conscious homes.
