Going Green

January 13, 2012

Here at Sunset Lakes Developments, we support the many initiatives for sustainable living. Our lakes are not just nice to look at, but they actually play a role in stormwater management and in the sustainability of our communities.

The environmental benefits of our state of the art stormwater management system include:

  • Our on-site stormwater management system minimizes the municipal maintenance burden.
  • Our stormwater management ponds enhance biodiversity and provide a habitat for plants and animals.
  • We view stormwater management as a design opportunity with many recreational and community benefits.
