Forest Lake Estates

Forest Lake Estates is a unique new community in Greely with a one-acre waterfront and water-access homesites in a preserved woodland setting. The community is centered around a ten-acre municipal woodlot.

The back half of most of the homesites is preserved and woodland. Some of the lots back onto one of the two private freshwater ponds.
